Bookcase - mahogany wood

Beautiful Empire-style bookcase. Circa 1820.
Beautiful mahogany wood and on the inside recently lined with red felt—very nicely done.
The previous owner also added interior lighting.
Above, under the crown moulding, a drawer—also lined with red felt.
In the little doors, the panes of still older glass — much nicer and livelier than new glass.
Black columns flank the doors on the side pilasters—typical of the Empire style.
