Solid hardwood technical tripod with solid brass structural elements, later converted into a table lamp.
The structure features authentic mechanical joints, traditional-cut fasteners, a central stabilization chain, and side carrying rings, characteristics typical of tripods intended for optical or technical instrumentation.
The central shaft is height-adjustable via a brass threaded screw.
Fully extended the lamp stands about 82 cm tall, while in the lowered position it measures about 45 cm, allowing versatile use as both a tall lamp and a more compact one.
Shade in woven rattan with a contoured edge, which diffuses a warm and enveloping light.
Electrical system functioning.
Era: second half of the 20th century (circa 1970s–1980s).
Condition: excellent overall condition with normal brass patina. Normal wear indicative of age. No structural damage.
