Description from the seller

Pair of Koi Carp Sculptures – Indonesia, 1990s

A striking pair of koi carp sculptures crafted in Indonesia during the 1990s, admired for their elegant form and refined decorative presence. These beautifully modeled pieces capture the graceful movement of the koi, a symbol of prosperity, strength, and good fortune in many Asian cultures.

The craftsmanship is particularly evident in the finely sculpted fins, textured scales, and carefully painted features, all contributing to a sense of lifelike motion.
