Cor de Ree (1991) – Unieke koperen bijzettafel met glasinzetten

Bijzondere, handgemaakte bijzettafel van de Nederlandse kunstenaar Cor de Ree, vervaardigd in 1991.

Deze sculpturale tafel is uitgevoerd in koper en kenmerkt zich door een rijk gepatineerd oppervlak met natuurlijke oxidatie in groen- en bruintinten. Het blad is opgebouwd uit geometrisch verdeelde vlakken met geïntegreerde glasinzetten in blauw, crème, rood en zwart. De abstracte compositie en materiaalkeuze geven het object een sterk architectonisch en kunstzinnig karakter.

De slanke metalen poten dragen het blad op elegante wijze en versterken het luchtige, bijna monumentale ontwerp. Het centrale element onder het blad vormt een subtiel visueel tegengewicht en benadrukt het ambachtelijke karakter van het stuk.

Dit object bevindt zich in goede vintage staat met gebruikssporen en patina passend bij leeftijd en materiaal. De oxidatie maakt integraal deel uit van het artistieke ontwerp.

Een uniek kunstobject dat functionaliteit en sculpturale expressie combineert, passend binnen hedendaags design en verzamelwaardig Nederlands kunstenaarsmeubilair uit de jaren ’90.
