Prachtig en gedetailleerd model van het motorschip Neptunus, vakkundig gebouwd met oog voor realisme en verhoudingen. Dit model stelt een klassiek vrachtschip / passagiersschip voor uit de tweede helft van de 20e eeuw, herkenbaar aan de dubbele laadbomen, de brede brug en de karakteristieke blauw-witte kleurstelling.

Het model is vervaardigd uit hout en metaal, en is met de hand geschilderd. Veel mooie details zijn aanwezig, zoals de relingen, laadkranen, reddingsboten, antennes en trap naar het hoofddek. De naam Neptunus is duidelijk zichtbaar op de boeg.

Het schip verkeert in uitstekende staat. Een uniek verzamelobject voor liefhebbers van klassieke koopvaardij- of onderzoeksschepen. Ideaal als decoratief stuk of aanvulling op een maritieme collectie.
