Cutlery set - .800 silver

Rare antique medical instrument set (2 small knives, 1 scissors, and 1 pointed chisel) made of metal with silver handles in a red leather case with gold embossing, lined inside with red silk and a gold decorative ribbon. Dating: late 18th century. On the lid, in gold embossing, is depicted an ancient Roman physician with his utensils. Origin: France or Germany. Condition: as expected for its age, in very good condition; one catch/loop is missing, silver handles are partly slightly dented, and a blade at the tip is split.
