Description from the seller
Nimslo 3D camera.
This is a modified Nimslo camera for a standard 3D stereo pair in full-frame format.
The Nimslo is a camera originally built with four lenses, with the aim and result of generating a lenticular 3D image.
However, in the 1980s and 1990s this camera (the chassis) was frequently used as a base to convert into a macro camera (lenses very close together) or as a portrait/near camera. A proper full-frame landscape 3D camera cannot be made with this camera because the film plane provides too little space for that.
The result of this conversion is a full-frame stereo pair (24x36 mm).
Nice for a collection or as a good example of DIY to own in the 1980s: an affordable, lightweight, simple, modern stereo camera.
Lens base 37 mm.
With batteries installed, the shutter was tested and works.
With camera bags included.
Optiek is original.
