The image itself measures 40 × 60 cm and is printed with 5 cm. white margins on all sides, allowing for a clean, professional mounting without cropping the artwork. Perfect for framing or stretching. The artwork is hand-signed on the back by the artist and includes a stamped seal and a certificate of authenticity (COA).
/// "The piece directly dialogues with Impression, Sunrise by Claude Monet, the harbor scene that gave birth to the term Impressionism by capturing the fleeting atmosphere of dawn in Le Havre, yet here the homage turns into an ironic mashup through the addition of small paper boats drifting like poetic intruders across the misty waters, shifting historical solemnity toward a more playful and contemporary reading in which childhood gently interrupts the canon. The paper boats do not compete with the larger vessels but rather relativize them, suggesting that beyond the epic narrative of progress and industrial modernity implied by Monet, there exists a more intimate and fragile navigation, a symbolic voyage made of paper and desire that transforms the Impressionist harbor into a meditation on imagination surviving within art history."///

● About the Artist:
Original work by Nando López, a digital artist based in Barcelona. Trained in advertising design, he began his career in agencies and design studios before fully transitioning into fashion illustration, collaborating with internationally recognized brands.
● About the Dikhotomy Project:
For the past four years, Dikhotomy has been an ongoing series of digital collages and illustrations where classical art and contemporary culture collide unapologetically. Fragments of art history blend with pop elements, visual irony, and cultural critique to provoke both reflection and amusement.
Each piece is the result of a creative clash between handcrafted digital editing and AI-powered tools (midjourney and recraft) merging the human and the technological. Influenced by pop art and urban art, Dikhotomy is a deliberate parody of the art world and an invitation to view it from a new perspective.

— Confirmed solo exhibition at Gamla Kraftstationen Gallery (Sweden), 1 May – 28 September 2025.
— Upcoming digital show: “Lost in Alteration” at the Digital Horizons Museum, 25–28 October 2025.
