Glass vase in Art Deco style, produced circa 1920 in Karlsbad (Karlovy Vary), about 14 cm tall.

AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Moser vase in the characteristic deep purple and amethyst color. The clean design of long surfaces and alternating cuts creates splendid reflections. Height 14 cm, neck diameter 5 cm, base 5 cm.
The vase is in excellent condition, the base shows widespread scratches from setting down, micro-abrasions and uniform wear compatible with its age.
What appears to be black in reality is a beautiful purple/amethyst when viewed against the light.
With makers like Moser it happened that not all pieces were signed, especially in the Art Deco period (1920s–30s).
Some had only an adhesive label (easily lost over time).
In various publications there are identical vases shown signed.

Designed by Josef Hoffmann, made by Moser in Karlsbad (today Karlovy Vary) circa 1920, height 14 cm, width 7.7 cm and weighs 470 g, in excellent original condition, with no chips or cracks.
