Drawer mechanism: The well-known issue of this model has been proactively solved: The old, brittle gear unit as well as the drive belt have been replaced with brand-new high-quality replacement parts. (See photos of the new yellow gears inside).
Cleaning & Lubrication: The old, varnished grease was completely removed. All mechanical parts were cleaned and re-lubricated with high-quality, acid-free precision grease.
Performance: The tray now opens and closes perfectly again, smoothly and quietly. The drive reads CDs (including self-burned CD-Rs) extremely quickly and reliably (TOC reading in about 1–2 seconds).
Optical condition:
