Two-piece vintage brass marine barometer and hygrometer set from West Germany, dating to the 1960s, with dimensions 8.5 cm high, 16 cm wide and 16 cm deep, in good condition with minor signs of aging and spots.

Maritime barometer & hygrometer set – brass – West Germany – ca. 1960
Beautiful maritime weather station set, consisting of a precision barometer and a hygrometer with an integrated thermometer, housed in a solid brass housing.
This set was manufactured in West Germany (designation on the dial) and exudes classic nautical elegance. The brass cases with hinged glass fronts and wall mounting give the whole an authentic shipboard appearance.
The barometer features a clear scale in mbar and mmHg, with indicators such as Rain – Change – Fair.
The hygrometer displays relative humidity (%) and includes an integrated thermometer in °C and °F.
The white dials with black typography form a stylish contrast against the gold-colored brass.
