This is a 1950s/60s  vintage Micki doll, the beloved wife of Mecki the hedgehog and the matriarch mascot of the German magazine Hörzu. 

Height: ca 25-26 cm
Width: ca 16 cm
Dept: ca 8 cm
Weight: 247 g.

Micki is constructed with a hand-painted rubber head and a "dusty" finish. Her wild mane of spiky mohair is intact, and an important detail is the tuft of mohair "chest hair" beneath her garment, a hallmark of this early design.  

​The figure’s torso and limbs are made from felt and fabric. She is dressed in her traditional one-piece checkered dress, featuring a blue and red pattern.

While the original metal ID button and paper tags are missing, the specific felt construction and high-quality materials point to premium manufacturers such as Steiff or Diehl.

​Condition:
The doll is structurally sound. Light signs of surface wear. The black lacquer/paint on the felt shoes has begun to flake. Overall, Micki is in great condition.
