Nose: A slightly sour, quirky, complex whisky with notes of minerals (flint), earthy notes, grains, oaks, red wine, green coffee, old books, stale cellar, overripe pear, roasted barley, some citrus, soft rubber tone, sulfur, raisins, brown sugar, gooseberry jam, vanilla, heather honey, grass and coumarin.

Taste: A powerful, unusual, rich and complex whisky with notes of black pepper, lemon juice, powdered sugar, grapefruit peel, soft oak, nutmeg, allspice, light rubber tone, light metallic tone, musk, blackcurrant, blueberry, elderberry, star anise, hint to mint, voice ginger, mango, caramel, baked apricot and savory notes.

Finish: A medium long and juicy aftertaste with notes of heather honey, subtle oak, mango, lemon juice, lemon zest, soft bitter tannin.
