Een zeer elegant en luxueus Frans schoorsteengarnituur uit de 19e eeuw (Napoléon III periode), bestaande uit een imposante pendule en twee bijbehorende coupes. De set is vervaardigd uit hoogwaardig natuurlijk wit onyx met schitterende goudkleurige bronzen en messing ornamenten.
​Details van het uurwerk:
Het uurwerk is gemarkeerd met de prestigieuze stempel "Médaille de Bronze - S. Marti & Cie". Samuel Marti was een van de meest bekende horlogemakers uit Montbéliard, bekend om de hoge kwaliteit van zijn Franse pendules.
​Conditie:
​Materiaal: Het onyx verkeert in een zeer goede visuele staat met de karakteristieke natuurlijke adering. Het brons heeft een mooie authentieke patina.
​Glas: De set wordt geleverd met een zeldzame, bijbehorende grote glazen stolp (globe) die de klok beschermt.
​Werking: De klok wordt verkocht in de staat waarin deze zich bevindt ("as is"). Het is onbekend of het uurwerk momenteel functioneert.
​Sleutel: Er is geen sleutel aanwezig.
​Deze set is een prachtig voorbeeld van Frans vakmanschap en vormt een waardevolle toevoeging aan elk klassiek interieur of verzameling.
