VINIFICATION Vinified with indigenous yeasts according to the traditional process in a clay amphora. TASTING NOTES Straw-golden color, complex aromas highlighting oxidative notes, hints of honey and ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, with some fresh, minty vegetal notes. On the palate, it presents volume and complexity with discreet and balanced acidity and good breadth with an intense and long finish. SERVING Perfect companion for Alentejo Gastronomy dishes, with particular emphasis on Grilled Black Pork. It should be served chilled, at 15ºC.
