Vintage Traditional Japanese Deba Knives – Signed Blades (3 Pieces)

Offered here is a compelling set of three vintage traditional Japanese Deba knives (出刃包丁), each bearing engraved signatures. These thick, single-bevel blades are purpose-built for fish butchery, filleting, and precision breakdown work—an essential form in professional Japanese kitchens.

The substantial blade geometry, classic wa-handles, and visible age give this set strong collector presence as well as restoration potential.

Signatures (From Left to Right)

Seki Magoroku Ginju (関孫六銀寿)

Honkiyo Osamu / Tadamasa (本清納 忠正)

The handle bears a label reading “Honsuigyū” (本水牛) indicating a genuine water buffalo horn ferrule.

Tokuro (東九郎)

All three knives are signed on the blade.
