The woods are cut end-grain to ensure greater durability, as they wear much less with cutting.
Each piece is crafted according to a design that unfolds from the artisan's imagination and the availability of the various woods.
Each cutting board requires about a week of work to complete, including the drying time of the glue under pressure.
Each board is a unique piece of its kind.

The sole treatment is natural food-grade oil.
It is also recommended to use it for maintenance, alternatively olive oil.
