Offered here is a set of three vintage Japanese kitchen knives, including one large Gyuto (chef’s knife) and two traditional Deba knives.
All blades are signed and originate from renowned Seki-area craftsmanship.

This lot represents authentic working Japanese cutlery with strong collector and restoration appeal.

These are authentic vintage working knives.

Due to age and use, they show:
