Classic Japanese from the 70s in excellent aesthetic condition!
For sale the Aiwa AF-3060 Stereo Cassette Receiver System, an elegant all-in-one music center made in Japan in 1977-1978. A highly sought-after piece by collectors and fans of the warm analog sound from the golden age of hi-fi.
Current condition:
• Excellent appearance for its almost 50 years: shiny silver front, perfect silkscreen, no major dings or visible rust.
• Amplifier and radio tuner operate 100% – tested with speakers and auxiliary source. Sounds very good, with that warm character typical of the 70s.
• The cassette deck DOES NOT operate currently. It’s the classic problem of these units: the drive belts have dried/hardened over time. It’s an easy and inexpensive repair. Once repaired it will be like new.
