Description from the seller
HISTORY/OVERVIEW
Mini British Open MPI 1.3 Sportpack 63hp XN 3.2 from 1999, delivered for the first time in Germany where it remained as of October 2025.
It has had two previous owners, and it is still in German documents; it does not have vintage car certification because it has not yet reached 30 years.
ASI registration is nevertheless possible if it remains on Italian territory.
The car is matching numbers and matching color. It was born black with black leather interior.
It is an XN 3.2 model with the logbook, therefore an original factory Sportpack, with a convertible/electric soft top.
It will be provided together with the car, a second original new soft top should the new owner wish to replace it, though not necessary.
The car is original in all its parts, including the four front depth headlights.
The service book certifying its mileage is present (photos attached) with the latest service in September 2023 and a TUV from July 2025.
There are dual keys with two remote controls.
BODYWORK/PAINTWORK:
The car presents in excellent bodywork condition and requires no repainting. It has always been kept indoors, stored in a garage, and shows no corrosion or rust.
The car’s chrome trim is perfect, with no trace of corrosion.
In the typically critical spots for this model, the car is perfectly intact with no rust problems.
MECHANICS:
The car has been driven on the road for 1,500 km non-stop.
It is in perfect mechanical condition, with no oil leaks, and requires no work on the gearbox or clutch, nor service.
The tires are in good condition.
The brakes are fully functional. The only possible enhancement, though not necessary, would be replacing the exhaust with a central or side dual exhaust, even if not original to the model.
The car has undergone all maintenance stamps and all TUVs with a sequence visible from the attached service book in the photos.
INTERIORS:
The interior is genuine black leather, original to the car, in excellent condition, with no tears and normal wear for the age.
The headliner surround has no tears or sagging.
The under-hood area is excellent.
The soft top is original but a second new soft top, always black, will be provided with the car.
The burr walnut veneer is original and has been restored by the previous owner, as have the trims on the front and rear doors.
The steering wheel is the original with airbag, featuring the burr walnut horn ring, original to the model and in perfect condition.
The soft top functions perfectly, as does all the electrical system and the radio.
DOCUMENTATION
German documents included.
Vehicle visible in Prato, Italy.
The seller is available to arrange transport/delivery throughout Europe. Cost to be agreed.

Disclaimer
Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
