Substrate: Our own soil mix consisting of peat, coconut, pumice, Akadama, and worm humus

Our standards:
- Each bonsai is shipped with a sample pack of our preferred organic bonsai long-term fertilizer.
- To determine trunk girth, we place the measuring instrument at half height between the root flare and the first branch (see example picture). In the case of multiple trunks, the widest one is chosen.
- All of our trees are planted in a substrate mix specially developed by us.
- Wherever possible, we recycle old packaging for shipping, for the sake of the environment.
- The trees are watered before shipping, protected from drying out, and securely fixed in the outer carton.
- Shipping is insured.
- We contract service providers who state they normally deliver the goods within a maximum of 4 working days.
- We ship on the following Monday after payment is received on Catawiki to avoid delivery delays due to weekends.
