Lot of 3 High-Quality Prussian & German State Order Replicas - Gode (Germany)
Description:
A set of three meticulously crafted museum-quality replicas of prestigious German orders, produced by the renowned German mint Gode. These pieces are known for their high level of detail, faithful proportions, and excellent enamel work, making them ideal for historical displays or as placeholders in advanced collections.
1. Breast Star of the Order of the Black Eagle (Hoher Orden vom Schwarzen Adler)
The highest order of chivalry in the Kingdom of Prussia.
Design: Eight-pointed silver-finished star.
Medallion: Features the crowned black eagle on an orange background, surrounded by a white enamel band with the famous Latin motto "SUUM CUIQUE" (To each his own) and laurel branches below.
2. Pour le Mérite - "Blue Max" (Military Class)
Prussia's highest military order until the end of World War I.
Design: A blue-enameled Maltese cross with four golden eagles between the arms.
Details: Features the royal cipher of Frederick the Great ("F") and the inscription "Pour le Mérite" in gold lettering. Crown suspension at the top.
3. Order of the Württemberg Crown with Swords (Knight’s Cross)
A distinguished award from the Kingdom of Württemberg for military merit.
Design: White-enameled cross with crossed swords through the center, indicating military bravery.
Medallion: Features the royal crown of Württemberg surrounded by a red band with the motto "FURCHTLOS UND TREW" (Fearless and Loyal).
