Description from the seller
Omega Genève - Vintage Manual-Wound Cushion Case - Blue Dial
This is a stunning example of late 1960s Omega design, featuring a rare and eye-catching blue "striped" dial and a distinctive stainless steel cushion case. This timepiece perfectly balances the bold aesthetics of its era with the elegance of the Genève line.
Description & Highlights
Produced before 1970, this Omega Genève is a testament to the brand's ability to create mechanical watches that are both robust and impressively thin.
The Dial: The standout feature is the deep blue dial with two vertical stripes. These stripes interact with light dynamically, changing appearance as the watch moves on the wrist.
The Details: It features silver leaf hands and stylized Breguet-style numerals, offering a refined, classic look.
The Case: A large (for the era) stainless steel cushion-shaped case with a brushed finish on the top and polished sides.

Movement: Fully overhauled and running accurately.

Dial/Hands: This is an authentic vintage piece. As seen in the photos, there is a natural patina and minor signs of aging, specifically between the 12 and 1 o'clock positions. The hands show light oxidation consistent with a watch of this age.
Overall: A beautiful vintage character that tells a story, now refreshed for daily wear.
Auctioneer's Note: As this is an antique mechanical timepiece, it does not have the precision of a modern quartz watch. It is intended for the collector who appreciates the craftsmanship and soul of 20th-century watchmaking.
