Set of white cups with teapot and tea light – Hutschenreuther
Porcelain by Hutschenreuther (Germany). Two matching white sets in a sleek, timeless design. All pieces in new condition, with no chips, hairlines, or damage.
Set 1 – Teapot with tea light + 2 cups and saucers
Series: Tavola
Dating: about 1970–1980
Modernly designed tea set with:
Teapot: 12 cm high × 21 cm wide
Tea light (rechaud): 13 cm in diameter × 5.5 cm high
2 cups with matching saucers
Characteristic are the flowing, rounded shapes and the minimalist character. The tea light has a rounded square base with a central opening for keeping warm.
Bottom marked with Hutschenreuther and model designation Tavola.
Set 2 – Cups with saucers
Dating: probably around 1975
2 × teacups with saucer (14 cm × 8.5 cm)
4 × coffee cups with saucer (13 cm × 7 cm)
This set features a subtle relief pattern with a geometric band at the upper rim and a lightly curved wall. Clean, functional design in line with German design from the 1970s–1980s.
Style: modernist / functional design from the second half of the 20th century.
A well-presented and complete lot of quality porcelain from Hutschenreuther, consisting of two matching but different models.
The set can be picked up, as preferred, in Amsterdam or Eindhoven, but can of course also be shipped.
