Alarm clock - Junghans - Metal, Brass, Enamel - 1930-1940

Early 20th century mechanical bedside alarm clock by Junghans (Germany), dating to the late 1920s – early 1930s (pre-war period).

Classic Art Deco design with enamel dial, Arabic numerals and original steel hands. Small subsidiary dials for alarm setting and seconds. Mechanical hand-wound movement with top bell alarm. The movement runs and the alarm mechanism functions.

The metal case retains its original finish with an attractive aged patina consistent with age. The enamel dial shows craquelure and light ageing. A visible opening along the side seam of the case is present (see photos), but the clock remains structurally stable and stands correctly.

No restoration has been carried out; only a light external cleaning. Sold in original vintage condition.
