Description from the seller

In 1979, Bally Manufacturing Corporation launched an ambitious project: to create a pinball machine honoring one of the greatest rock groups of all time, The Rolling Stones.

Produced between 1980 and 1985, this machine became iconic. The initial planned production was 5,700 units, but it is commonly believed that only about 700 units were actually manufactured — which explains its current rarity on the market.

Designed by Jim Patla and illustrated by artist Greg Frères, this table is renowned for:
• its fast-paced gameplay
• its dynamic multi-shot play
• its challenging drop targets
• and its famous “Satisfaction Path,” dreaded by players

Do not confuse it with the newer version produced by Stern Pinball Inc. in 1999, more contemporary but significantly less rare and exclusive than Bally’s 80s edition.

History & condition of the machine

I have owned this pinball machine since the 1990s.
It has always been kept indoors, in a dry and well-kept environment.

In 2023, I had a full restoration of the electronic section carried out, as well as replacement of the elastics.
The machine is today in perfect working order.

The backglass has been carefully redone.
The original backglass is preserved and supplied with the machine.
