The pitcher represents the four seasons of the apple tree. The work is of remarkable finesse.
Four apple trees are carved on the pitcher. Each apple tree represents a season. Winter, spring, summer and autumn. One can see butterflies, apple trees, mushrooms, bees, flowers, wild herbs, etc..
The magnificent sculptures are in relief. An exceptional technical work.
Height 29 cm, diameter 12 cm
The bottom of the pitcher is dedicated and dated by the master cooper Rancel
