Description from the seller
Laguiole pocket knife or folding knife in a beautiful box with a sharpening steel, belt sheath, and oil to keep the knife well maintained
This pocket knife becomes a daily must-have, whether in the kitchen or during your outdoor excursions.
Spring with etched decorative engravings on the back of the handle, together with the famous Laguiole bee. It also features the shepherd’s cross on the handle. This is the symbol against which shepherds on their long treks across the land could pray for the meal, with the knife stuck into the bread.
Equipped with an olive wood handle with stainless steel bolsters. This knife has an elegant, robust, and original design. The sharp, finely etched stainless steel blade is very resistant to corrosion.
What is special about olive wood is that the tree may only be used when it no longer bears olives. This is usually after 100 years. This means that this beautiful knife is made from wood that is over 100 years old. The pocket knife has a stylish and sleek design. Thanks to its slender form, the knife fits nicely in the hand.
Ideal if you want to personalize your purchase, as it is already packaged in a beautiful box with a belt sheath, a small sharpening steel, and oil to maintain the knife.
Please note that there are no papers or certificate included with this knife. The set is indeed new.
Laguiole
The famous knife from France is originally a beautiful functional pocket knife. Laguiole is not a brand name, but a reference to a small French village. It was designed with as its starting point a Spanish pocket knife called navaja and a locally French dagger called capuchadou.
