Empire-style figurative mantel clock from France, circa 1810–1880, with a mechanical, multi‑day movement, a gilded zinc‑cast case and a marble base, 30 × 26 × 10 cm, 7 kg, non‑striking and not in working order, restoration object with missing hands and needs movement overhaul and guitar/laute re‑soldering.

Allegory of Love and Music, spring-driven pendulum mechanism, thread suspension, running duration unknown, figural ornamented gilded zinc die-cast case, standing man with a sword on the right side, on the left a lute or guitar, France circa 1810 to 1880, the clock should be regarded as a restoration object. Escutcheon with the inscription: Amour et Gloike (Love and Glory).
Dimensions: 30 x 26 x 10 cm
Weight: 7 kg
Hands are missing, movement needs overhaul, lute/guitar must be re-soldered, otherwise good age-appropriate condition; please view the photos to get a proper impression.
