Natural agate decorative tray with handles plated in 24 k gold – vintage piece

Elegant tray made from a polished slice of natural agate, with beautiful concentric bands in black, cream and translucent tones. The stone is mounted with decorative metal handles plated in 24-karat gold (original label “24 k gold-plated guaranteed”).

Typical mid-20th century decorative piece (circa 1960–1980), very popular in tabletop and bar decoration. Each agate is unique, so no two are alike. Comes on a display stand.

Condition: very good overall; minor wear to the plating due to age (see photos). Stone intact, no cracks.
