Set of 3 Vintage Traditional Japanese Yanagiba Knives – Sakai & Tosa Signed Blades

Offered here is a rare set of three vintage Japanese Yanagiba knives (single-bevel sashimi knives), all signed and representing traditional forging regions including Sakai and Tosa.

Yanagiba knives are long, slender blades designed for precision slicing of sashimi and sushi using a single pulling motion, preserving texture and presentation.

This lot consists of authentic working knives with strong restoration and collector appeal.
