Technique: Acrylic and collage of various qualities of fabrics
Support: cotton canvas applied on a wooden frame
Dimensions: 60 x 80 x 4 cm
Unique artwork, non-replicable and signed on the back by the artist.
The painting will be packaged with bubble wrap and shipped in a protective cardboard box, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
Description of the work.
Attracted by figurative art, I continue a personal path toward deepening and studying the female figure, in constant pursuit of a new artistic expression.
This piece is handmade using the collage technique, a material-based artistic technique that unites textures, colors and different motifs, gluing cut fabrics (jacquard, velvet, gabardine, jeans and jute) onto a base to create depth and texture. A modern mosaic that combines material and painting for a three-dimensional result.
The fabric collage allows exploring artistic narration through tactile materials, elevating everyday reality to a form of art.
These different fabric textures create a symbolic link between cultures and peoples alike.
