Irina Biatturi, winner of the Public Prize and the prestigious President's Prize at the 2023 Florence Biennale in Italy, acclaimed Best European Artist at World Art Dubai 2024, and former student of the Nicolae Grigorescu Academy of Fine Arts (Unarte) in Bucharest, has been devoted to painting since childhood. Having lived in different countries, including Mexico and New Zealand, she now considers Antibes her home and artistic center. Her captivating oil paintings, centered on the themes of woman and sensuality, are deeply influenced by the elegance of Art Deco, the organic forms of Art Nouveau, and the radiant atmosphere of the French Riviera, where she has lived for more than two decades.
Her oil paintings exude a sense of peace and tranquility, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves in the glamorous and enchanting atmosphere of the “Roaring Twenties” on the French Riviera. Her works are now part of many private collections and have been exhibited in prestigious galleries, museums and art exhibitions.
