Description from the seller
Introduction José Soler:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6xmToe0GrYo
Solid sculpture in corten steel, natural patina.
With this piece I intend to pay special homage to the great sculptor Chillida. Creating my own version inspired by the lessons I have learned from the great master.
The sculpture is cut and forge-welded to achieve the shapes and peculiarities, afterwards it has oxidized and finally it has been protected with a matte anti-oxidant varnish.
Shipping 100% insured.
José Soler is a Spanish sculptor whose works have been displayed internationally, as well as in Monaco, Italy or France. Through each of his pieces, he strives to bring out the melody that lives inside each of us. Soler cites the conversion of cold steel into sculpture as his way of connecting with what is invisible to our eyes and what can only be perceived with universal feelings.
