Set of 6 lead crystal flûte stems (31% lead crystal—the purest in the world) mouth-blown with free-blown technique and hand-depth polishing with diamond-cut, transparent, height 20.3 cm x diameter 5.8 cm, exceptional and exclusive artisanal execution from Saint Louis 1586, the world’s oldest crystal house. Designed in 1928, Tommy’s service made a magnificent impression in 1938 during an extraordinary luncheon at Versailles: more than two hundred guests present, including the King of the United Kingdom, George VI, and his wife Queen Elizabeth. From its star-shaped base to its parison adorned with an beveled diamond-cut, Tommy reflects all the skill of Saint-Louis glassmakers.
