Lot of three decorative mortars dating to circa 1930–1940, in bronze (two bronze mortars signed Le Verrier with a bronze pestle) and Teruel ceramic mortar by Domingo Punter.

Lot of Collection Mortars: Max Le Verrier (Bronze) & Domingo Punter (Ceramic)
Description:
I am selling a beautiful set of decorative art objects comprising three signature mortars:
- 2 Modernist mortars in Bronze - Signed Max Le Verrier
Authentic pieces from the famous French sculptor (1891-1973), iconic figure of Art Deco.
Signature: Each mortar is marked "LE VERRIER" and "BRONZE" under the base.
Design: Clean antique style with geometric friezes and circular handles.
Accessory: Sold with a matching bronze pestle.
Condition: Beautiful original patina, interior shows signs of use giving it historic charm (natural verdigris).

Stunning example of Aragon craftsmanship (Spain), revisited medieval/Mudéjar style.
Signature: Hand-signed "Punter Teruel" under the base.
Decor: Motifs in emerald green and black strokes on a cream background.
Condition: Excellent condition, glaze well-bright.
