Unique wooden box produced after 2020 in Portugal by josecastrocaldas.com, in multicolour Valchromat with a contemporary minimalist design, comprising seven items, dimensions 2 cm high by 10 cm wide by 15 cm deep, and in as-new condition.

Box created from recovering materials from my Home-Studio-Workshop — a prize-winning project (last photo) — now dismantled.
The material used is Valchromat — a premium-quality pigmented MDF — repurposed to gain new life in another form. It is an exercise in recycling and continuity: making the move to a new home an opportunity to give new use to what existed, converting a whole into fragments of unique pieces.
Because they had another use, the pieces bear marks of that past: holes where shelves used to be, fittings, hinge areas. These “scars” are intentional and reveal the repurposing — this is what makes each piece truly unique and irrepeatable.
I also have other objects available, all arising from this same recovery process.
