Alexander Jarque's A&S03 - XL - (No Reserve) is a mixed-media abstract painting on canvas (136 × 106 cm) depicting architecture, signed by hand, delivered rolled in PVC packaging with a certificate of authenticity.
Description from the seller
Beautiful, unique painting sold directly from the Artist's Studio.
A&S03 (Architecture & Space)
Lines (like the contrails left by airplanes in the sky) fragment space, generating new spaces in turn.
An abstract representation of the contemporary landscape: fragmented, saturated with stimuli, full of layers and visual resonances. One could say it symbolises communication or the transit between different dimensions — perhaps between the inner and the outer, or between the physical world and the mental one.
In the end, everything is windows.
Alexander Jarque is a Spanish painter and designer born in Plasencia in 1986. He holds a Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Salamanca, with scholarships in Milan, Madrid and subsequently with a Leonardo da Vinci Grant in Parma. He has worked as a drawing and painting teacher in various public and private institutions.
Jarque has held several solo exhibitions in Italy, specifically in Milan, Bari and Emilia-Romagna, and numerous group shows in several Spanish cities such as Salamanca, Plasencia, Málaga and Madrid, as well as internationally at BAF (Bergamo Arte Fiera) and at the “Museum of the Americas” in Miami.
Part of his work has been acquired by public and private collections in Spain, Italy, Poland, Romania, Denmark, USA, Germany, Portugal, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Finland...
According to the artist, his latest works "simulate how enriching modern life is, the dual reality, the 'interface' within a strict framework of multiple perspectives".
Mixed media (oil, acrylic, ink and enamels) on canvas.
The artwork is delivered rolled in professional PVC packaging, without a stretcher. Signed and dated. Alongside it you will find a certificate attesting to the authenticity of the work. The indicated dimensions refer to the size of the canvas once placed on the stretcher; the fabric has an unpainted zone for mounting that ranges between 3 and 4 cm.
