The Technics SU-9200 (pre-amplifier) and Technics SE-9200 (power amplifier) were produced around 1975-1976. This '9200-series' was intended for the demanding audiofile and professional market in the mid-1970s.
The set is known for its rugged build quality and specific technical features that were innovative for the time.
Technics SU-9200 (Stereo Control Center):
- Type: High-end standalone phono preamplifier.
- Year: 1975-1976.
- Origin: Manufactured by Matsushita Electric in Japan.
- Features: Extensive connectivity for turntables and other analog sources.
The power amplifier has been refurbished with high-quality (Nichicon) components.
The preamplifier has been thoroughly serviced and, where needed, its parts replaced.
