Gothic Alms dish - Brass - 17th century

Very large baptismal dish or offering dish.
With a circumference of about 48 cm and 5 cm deep.
Origin Nuremberg, Germany.
Very likely commissioned in the 17th century for the Italian market.
Depiction of the pattern Saint Mark.
With still legible Gothic text.
Double rim.
Solid yellow brass.
Only two small restored holes in the rim from possible hanging of the dish.
In perfect condition.
