Venetian Murano glass pendant lamp in Brutalist or Space Age style, dating back to the 1970s and made with the traditional mouth-blown Murano glass technique by Venetian artisans. It features a main sphere of aquamarine- or blue-colored blown glass, with evident air bubbles (“pulegoso”). It is adorned with an applied amber-colored glass band that drips downward, creating a “dripping” or “melted” effect. One drop has a chip that is barely visible (see photo). Height 38 cm, with chain 80 cm, diameter 29 cm, weight 3.2 kg.
