The McIntosh MA9000 is a powerhouse integrated amplifier delivering 300 watts per channel into 2, 4, or 8-ohm speakers using patented Autoformer technology. It features a comprehensive suite of 10 analogue and 6 digital inputs, an 8-band equalizer, and the upgradeable DA1 Digital Audio Module.

Connectivity and Audio Support
The unit is designed to be a central hub for all audio sources, including high-resolution digital files and vinyl. 
Analogue Inputs: Includes 2 Balanced (XLR), 6 Unbalanced (RCA), 1 Moving Coil (MC) phono, and 1 Moving Magnet (MM) phono input.
Digital Module (DA1): Houses 2 Coaxial, 2 Optical, 1 USB, and 1 proprietary MCT input for McIntosh SACD/CD transports.
Hi-Res Support: The USB input supports PCM up to 32-bit/384kHz, DSD256, and DXD 384kHz. Coaxial and optical inputs support up to 24-bit/192kHz.
Headphone Output: Features a 1/4" High Drive jack with Headphone Crossfeed Director (HXD) to improve soundstage depth.
