Rare folio edition of this celebrated legal formulary of the Ecclesiastical Forum written by Francesco Monacelli, a prelate expert in canon law. It was first published in 1706 and later greatly enlarged in subsequent editions.

3 parts bound together in a single volume, COMPLETE WORK.
PP.: (VIII), 691, (I). COMPLETE, with a folded plate outside the text.
Copy with sheets in overall very good condition, with the usual signs of use and time. Ancient restoration to the back of the last leaf, with the loss of very few letters of text.
Contemporary full vellum binding with gilt title to the spine, well preserved overall. White free endpapers. Red edges. Ex-libris label of the private library, now extinct, of Abbot Andrea Palazzi.
