Chaumet Paris Class One Automatic, reference 626-2627, period 2000–2010, automatic movement.
Description from the seller
This Chaumet Paris Class One Automatic watch is in good and functional condition, preserving its authenticity and the character of Swiss luxury. The stainless steel case maintains its robustness and shows superficial wear in the form of scratches and light marks, typical of regular use, without affecting the structural integrity or water resistance of the piece.
The rotating bezel remains functional and the numerals are legible. The black dial, with its characteristic wave-textured design, is in very good condition, with all hour markers and hands functioning perfectly and with good legibility. The date window at 6 o'clock functions correctly.
The sapphire crystal remains free of significant scratches, ensuring excellent visibility of the dial. The brown rubber strap shows signs of moderate wear but remains sturdy and comfortable, measuring 16 cm, with its original folding clasp “Chaumet Paris” fully operational.
On the back, the crystal-apertured case back allows viewing the Swiss automatic movement, which functions correctly and keeps good time. The engravings and serial number are crisp and legible.
In conclusion, this is an authentic, elegant watch in proper conservation condition, with signs of use typical for its age, but it preserves its presence, functionality, and value as a Swiss luxury timepiece.
Good luck with the auction!
