The Montblanc Masterpiece 644-G fountain pen is presented in very good overall condition, maintaining the elegance and presence typical of this classic 1950s model.

The black resin body preserves a deep, uniform shine, with light micro-scratches inherent to use and the passage of time, visible only under certain light, with no cracks, deformations, or visible repairs.

The gold-plated cap, with its distinctive longitudinal striations, is well preserved, with a uniform shine and very moderate wear consistent with the age of the piece. The gold rings are complete and properly seated. The Montblanc emblem at the top is intact, well centered, and with a lovely ivory tone typical of the era.

The 14K gold nib, marked 4810 with the Montblanc logo, is complete and original, with no cracks or visible deformations, preserving a very attractive natural patina. The ebonite feed is correct for the model and remains intact.

The piston-filler system is present and complete. Its internal operation has not been verified, so, as is common with vintage pens, a check or maintenance before continued use is recommended.

Overall, this is an authentic pen, well cared for and with excellent presence, highly suitable for both collection and use after a service, faithfully representing the quality and prestige of the Montblanc Masterpiece line.
