Sommerso multicolour glass vase, likely Murano (Italy), from the 1950s-1960s.
Asymmetric organic teardrop shape, typical of mid-century Italian design: fluid curved body with a pronounced spout, made in the sommerso technique with stacked layers of deep violet glass, turquoise blue, emerald green and iridescent accents, creating dynamic internal waves and vibrant depth effects.
Hand-blown glass with characteristic air bubbles and intense multicolour reflections.
Unsigned, with no label or visible mark.
Very good overall condition: no chips, cracks, or breaks visible.
Dimensions: height 21 cm – maximum width 13 cm – depth 7 cm.
Weight: approximately 1400 g.
Provenance: private Belgian collection, carefully preserved for several decades.
