GERMANY. Munich. 50 Pfennig. 1922.
- Value: 50 Pfennig.
- Year: 1922.
- Inscriptions: Obverse: GUTE ERNTE BRINGT SEGEN. Reverse: DEUTSCHES REICH · 50 PFENNIG · 1922.
- Grading: MS65 (NGC).
Aluminium coin of the Weimar Republic belonging to the type known as “Gute Ernte”, with a sheaf of stylized ears occupying the obverse, of strong agricultural symbolism and clear, balanced execution. The design features a sober, functional treatment, characteristic of the German inflation period, with well-defined reliefs and a harmonious arrangement of the central motif and the inscription. The reverse shows the face value 50 Pfennig in large size, with bold, well-centered typography, surrounded by the national legend. An exceptionally well-preserved specimen, with reliefs entirely fresh, clean fields and intense original luster, standing out for its excellent visual quality and notable numismatic appeal.
Disclaimer: For orders shipped outside the European Union, I want to make absolutely clear that I do ship from Spain, which means that if the package is sent to any country outside the European Union, and/or inside the EU that has a special tax agreement (example: Canary Islands), it might be stopped at your local customs and they might ask you to pay taxes. This is a customs procedure and it is completely out of our control. Thanks for your understanding.
