There is a Sony VL-37G cartridge installed with an ND-137G stylus.

Comes with the original 45 RPM adapter and original manual.

The lid is intact and stays open. Unfortunately it isn’t very pretty, so you will receive a cover to place over the dust cover (see the photos), so it still looks neat.
