AniB. - Flamingos in Silent Dialogue

Two flamingos, closely linked, looking in different directions—a silent game between closeness and individuality. Without words, without eye contact—and yet a dialogue unfolds.

This handmade unique piece starts at a minimum price of €100. Because real art has value—but doesn’t have to be unaffordable! The price is deliberately chosen so that everyone has a chance at an original.

Painted with acrylic paints and acrylic ink on sturdy artist paper, protected several times with varnish.
The back bears my artist stamp, is dated and signed again.

I am AniB—a artist with Latvian roots, living in Germany since 1990.
Today my works are almost exclusively on paper. This more compact and calmer working method fits not only my creative process but is also a response to health challenges. It suits my daily life and leaves me space to focus completely on the motif.

My works often come in small series and in changing styles—because for me art lives on curiosity, not repetition.
I studied art and illustration in Riga, and since the 1990s I have worked professionally—with exhibitions at home and abroad.

I love creating figures with character—creatures that carry a little story within them. Sometimes quirky, sometimes quietly contemplative, often with a wink.

Each of my works is a handmade original—painted with care, humor, and heart. Perhaps one of them will speak to you.
