Technics - SL-1410 - Direct Drive Turntable

The SL 1410 direct drive is a very handsome premium Technics turntable. It was released onto the market in 1976.

A very reliable and solidly built turntable.
As can be seen in the photos, this unit is in very nice condition.
One small piece is missing from one of the control knobs, but it is 100% functional.

The dust cover is also still very nice, without scratches.

Technics is known for its high-quality turntables, equipped with the famous fast-starting direct-drive system, where the platter is part of the motor.

The 1410 is a semi-automatic player: you bring the arm over the record and the platter starts automatically. At the end of the record the arm automatically returns and the platter stops.

Equipped with pitch control with a strobe to precisely set the speed.
Shipped with the beautifully sounding Sure M75 6S cartridge with a good needle.
